I replaced the Dunlop SP 9000's on my TT with Toyo T1R's because Dunlop no longer offers the size for the front. I was pleased with the SP 9000's performance and wear so if you can find some 225ZR50's still available, this is a viable choice. The Toyo T1R's are somewhat narrower in tread width than the Dunlops but are AA traction rated vs A for the Dunlops. I was afraid that the T1R's would break away easier on straight-line accelleration but have found them to actually be stickier than the Dunlops when the car hits full boost. In all fairness to the Dunlops, the rear tires were almost 10 years old and had, most likely, gotten harder than they were when they were new (and when I was running 50 less HP). I don't remember any issues with them breaking away when they were new and they were very well priced. Hope this helps.
